    Where do you have physical stock?

     

     

    Wherever we have our physical presence, we have physical stock of tractors and implements available as well. This again includes: Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique.

     

     

    What would be the condition of used tractors or implement?

     

    Our used tractors are always in great working condition as they are thoroughly inspected and reconditioned before being put on sale or shipped. The implements are all brand new.

    How can I make the payment?

     

     

    Payment is made via telegraphic transfer through the bank against the pro forma invoice sent to you.

     

    Payment may also be made in cash at our regional offices for the customers in those countries where we have our offices.

     

    What currencies and mode of payment you accept?

     

     

    We accept payments in US$, whereas we accept local currencies in those countries where we have our offices.

     

     

    What is the difference between FOB and CIF prices?

     

     

    FOB is the price of the tractor/ implement with no shipment costs.

     

    CIF includes the unit cost + marine insurance + Freight/ Shipment charges to your destination port.

     

    Are clearing charges are included in CIF prices?

     

     

    The CIF charges do not include the port clearance costs. These are paid once the unit arrives at respective port of destination. If you opt that we clear your tractor on your behalf, then port clearance charges will be quoted separately from the CIF (only for those regions where we have our presence.)

     

     

    How much time you take to deliver the tractor?

     

     

    It takes approximately 2-3 weeks for the tractor to arrive at your desired port of delivery once shipped. The entire process from the time of payment takes approximately 3-4 weeks. However, these are the average timings, and we wish to emphasize that the exact duration depends on how far the port of destination is.
